Replies and conversations

Private enquiries continue by email if a reply is sent. The separate Members’ Forum supports multiple replies and replies to replies. It requires authorised access; this form never publishes your message there.

Sign-in and message security

This contact form uses HTTPS and a protected owner inbox. It is not an end-to-end encrypted messenger, and it makes no post-quantum security claim. Please do not send secrets or sensitive records.

For accounts that support them, prefer a passkey and register a recovery method. Passkeys protect sign-in; they do not encrypt message contents.

Sign-in and message security
MethodStrengthTrade-off
Synced passkeyPhishing-resistant; convenient across devicesRecovery depends on your passkey provider and device security
Hardware security keyPhishing-resistant; key remains on a physical deviceKeep a spare; losing the only key can lock you out
Password + authenticator codeWorks offline; stronger than a password aloneCodes can still be phished; save recovery codes
Push approvalEasy to use; number matching helpsRepeated prompts can trick you into approving an attack
SMS codeWidely availableSIM swaps and interception make it a weaker fallback
Email link or codeSimple; no new passwordAccess depends on the security of your email account

Quantum resistance is a separate encryption requirement. Passkeys and two-factor authentication alone do not provide it; post-quantum protection requires a verified protocol and implementation.
