Peace includes both compassion and scrutiny

The recent Psytrance, Peace and the Buddhafly Effect discussion offers an ethical question for community life: can we care for people while examining the institutions and choices around them? AkashicNET’s reading is that belonging need not end critical inquiry. The Buddhafly Effect is a metaphor for the consequences of small acts of care, not a measured physical effect.

Beyond the Jar: relationship carries responsibility

The published reflection separates personal ceremony, product descriptions, cultural attribution and claims needing evidence. Its wider lesson is reciprocity: curiosity about a living tradition should make room for its people, context and authority. Take unusual questions seriously enough to test them

Recent noetic and anomalous-experience discussions sharpen a distinction already central to AkashicNET: respect for testimony and confidence in its explanation are separate judgements. Similar accounts, shared imagery or semantic correspondence prompt questions about common sources, expectations and analysis choices. They do not by themselves identify an external intelligence or establish nonlocal causation.

The recent landscape article places human-led curation, provenance and compassion alongside the promise of AI. The practical question is how a knowledge system helps people inspect sources, recognise uncertainty and act responsibly.
