A Personal Experience. An Open Question.
The Library Before the Revelation
AkashicNET grew from years of research curation, community moderation and personal inquiry.
At Boom Festival in 2018, I encountered two couples who told me they had holidayed with Albert Hofmann. I experienced that encounter as part of a meaningful sequence of coincidences. This was an indirect connection, recalled in my personal account; their connection with Hofmann has not been independently verified.
I became an r/microdosing moderator in 2021, as recorded in the N2N welcome post. I now describe my role as lead moderator; the 2021 record dates joining the moderation team, not becoming its lead.
My published timeline identifies 26 August 2022 as the earliest dated Matrix Enlightenment Library record, followed by its connection with the emerging r/NeuronsToNirvana identity on 12 January 2023. The library and moderation work therefore preceded the Easter experience.
The Experience
A further turning point came around 3 a.m. on Easter Monday, 1 April 2024, following emergency surgery for a ruptured appendix on Easter Sunday, 31 March. I experienced what I describe as an NDE-like revelation.
Its central impression, paraphrased, was:
A fifth dimension of infinite wisdom where something resembling the Akashic Records might reside.
These words express how I remember and interpret the experience. They are not a verified description of the universe. “Fifth dimension” was part of that impression, rather than a defined concept from physics.
“NDE-like” describes the character and intensity of the experience, not a confirmed medical classification. The surgery and timing are details from my autobiographical account; medical records have not been independently reviewed for this page.
What stayed with me was a question: how could I explore something so personally meaningful while remaining open to being mistaken about what it meant?
From Experience to Inquiry
This experience became part of the motivation behind AkashicNET: bringing scientific research, contemplative traditions and lived experience into conversation, while keeping their different kinds of claims visible.
The Easter experience was a turning point in an existing journey. It helped shape the questions I now explore, while the research must stand on its own evidence.
These experiences explain something about the person asking the questions. They do not settle the answers.
An Invitation to Investigate
Through AkashicNET, I want to help people discover connections across disciplines and develop worthwhile questions for further investigation.
A personal revelation can inspire a question. Establishing an answer requires evidence, careful methods and a willingness to revise our assumptions.
The deeper purpose is to turn curiosity into understanding, and understanding into compassionate action.
